Guided by Ricky Tran, BBA, ERYT500, YACEP, CBA
Note from Ricky Tran:
This event is for anyone (with some yoga or meditation experience) who needs to retreat for a weekend, away from distractions, to move and breathe, explore, discover and heal the body, mind and senses on a 50-acre retreat center in Dallas County, TX.
The covid pandemic has taken a toll on our bodies, minds, relationships, and ultimately, our lives. All of us have gone through some gain and loss, and for some, great gain and great loss. Change, whether perceived positive or negative, can be a stressor. I want to offer a weekend to destress, retrain and reboot [the nervous system].
This weekend retreat will be about learning about one's self and Self through the art of yoga practices, theory and silent observation. The "silent" part of the retreat will only be on Saturday and only outside of class times.
You will learn some interesting facts, hear some inspiring stories, and explore, discover, and develop practices that can begin or accelerate your healing.
We will also have some partner work. It's going to be AMAZING.. maybe even life changing!
I hope to see you at the retreat!
With lots of LOVE,
Ricky Tran
