Note from our founder:

PictureSept 2020 Retreat
Welcome!

Feel to Heal Retreats was born during the 2020 pandemic. Many of us were unable or unwilling to self-care in isolation. Many of us suffered from mental health disturbances and physical pain or discomfort, myself included.

These retreats are the essence of my teachings from over 40 years of life experiences and 15+ years of yoga practice and over 25,000 hours of teaching and guiding others towards self-discovery and Self-knowledge.

My intention is to create sacred space and provide teachings that can begin or accelerate healing at all 5 levels of existence: body, energetic/breath, mental (ego/emotions), intellectual (wisdom), spiritual (Universal).

The three steps towards the goals of yoga are healing, transformation and awakening. We will focus on the healing aspect in these retreats. I'll show modifications that will address trouble areas in your body/mind that lead to pain. I'll take you beyond the physical with breath, concentration, theory and chanting.

In order to heal oneself, I believe it is important that we learn to feel. I will encourage you to seek the removal of pain, while increasing the "feel-good".

The intention is to leave feeling 108% better and wiser than when you arrived. You'll leave with tools and techniques that can benefit you for the rest of your life.

I hope you decide to join us on this mystical journey of wonder and awareness.

With lots of LOVE,
