Something divine connects us all.
Something divine is moving through us.
Something divine is underneath the surface of every experience.
Something divine flows through every fiber of our being.

It’s that intangible, ineffable force that holds us all in the great mystery.
It is the ONENESS that connects all of life.

This ceremonial experience, offered by a collective, is devoted to the ancient, spiritual quest to realize the ONE in all of us.
We will begin with a Blue Lotus Ceremony and weave our way through an intentionally selected set of practices, to cultivate the experience of oneness, within and without.

𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐮𝐬
Used not only by the ancient Egyptians, but also the Mayans and Persions, Blue Lotus has been connecting with human consciousness for thousands of years. Blue Lotus is known for its ability to connect us with the Divine, to open the Crown Chakra and to induce higher states of consciousness. It is for this reason that the Egyptians drank it in religious ceremonies, rituals and celebrations.
Blue Lotus is said to induce a state of euphoria, promote relaxation and improve circulation. It has been used over the centuries as an aphrodisiac as well as a visionary tool. In this ceremony, this exquisite flower medicine will support us on a journey to our inner depths, and up to the heights of the crown.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞
We will begin our conscious movement practice by aligning and opening the body with a gentle yoga practice themed around oneness, connecting to the Divinity or Oneness within. Expect to move, breathe, chant and meditate.
Once the body is ready, we will move into a Contact Improv dance session, where we will explore tools and techniques to become more at one with another through conscious dance.

 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 & 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
To prepare our bodies to receive the healing frequency of sound, we will guide you through a gentle bodywork session. Each participant will have the opportunity to give and receive, and then we will finish the night with a divine healing sound journey.
This ceremonial journey is facilitated by Suzanne Zephyr, Chris Campbell and Ricky Tran. Collectively, we are bringing together our diverse experiences and backgrounds in one fluid journey.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Not to Wear: Perfumes, colognes strong scents (In contact dance, we want to be aware of the fact that we will be touching others and some are highly sensitive to scents and smells)
Intention Setting: We recommend taking a few moments before to prepare your heart and body for this experience, and cultivate your own intentions
Food: We will provide healthy snacks, but recommend you bring something in case you get hungry. Light food beforehand is recommended. Take care of your body.
